1) someone who is cooler than your own dad
2) someone who stands in the hallway while an intruder is in the building
3) a person who is not scared of anything
4) someone who doesn't have accidents anymore.....?
You may wonder why I posted this, well this is why. On the second day of school while the building is a whopping 95 degrees I tried to take the children's minds off of the intruder drill we had that day. So I asked the children to come up and write what makes a hero to them on the whiteboard...and these are just four responses I received. So now you know in the eyes of a third grader what makes a hero. Are you one of these? If not take a minute to better yourself today by asking yourself.....Would I do this?
